Makeup Monday - Summer Sunset

I cannot rave more about how much I love the Modern Renaissance palette from Anastasia Beverly Hills. The colours are so beautiful and rich, and extremely pigmented. I always find it difficult to find the right colours of eyeshadow for my skin tone and hair colour, but I can honestly say that this eyeshadow palette is so wearable for anyone. I'm not the type of person to buy separate colours of eyeshadows, in fact I swear by buying palettes, and my main reason for this is because palettes are constructed to have eyeshadows that work well together, so you are guaranteed to be able to create a full eye look using just one palette.

For the eyes, I only used three colours from the palette:
  1. Burnt Orange for the crease
  2. Realgar on the lid, as well as the bottom lash line
  3. Primavera lightly dusted over Realgar on the lid, on its own for the inner crease, and on the innermost part of the lower lash line
**For my lips, I applied Covergirl's Katy Kat Matte in the colour Coral Cat, and lightly patted the lips after with Prosecco Pop from the Becca x Jaclyn Hill Face Palette**

This look is so fun and dramatic, it truly reminds me of a sunset you would see on a tropical beach.

For reference, here are the other products I used for the overall look:
  1. Too Faced; Primed and Poreless Primer
  2. Maybelline; Dream Velvet Foundation
  3. NYX; HD Concealer
  4. MAC; Studio Fix Powder
  5. Too Faced; Soleil Matte Bronzer
  6. BECCA Cosmetics; Becca x Jaclyn Hill Champagne Collection Face Palette
  7. Anastasia Beverly Hills; Brow Duo Powder
  8. Quo Lashes

See you all tomorrow for a Tasty Tuesday!
